Studio Holder Fees
Studio Holder fees vary, depending on the size and type of studio, e.g.

£85 per month for a 170 sq ft private lockable space

£200 per month for a 400 sq ft open plan space

The larger studios may be shared, reducing the cost even further.

Fees are payable monthly in advance.

A £100 deposit is required prior to moving into the studio. This will be returned when the studio is vacated, subject to no outstanding debts and the studio being left in a reasonable condition.
