Jonathan has been involved in art and design since his early days at school and he has an intense interest and liking for the subject. He has an ND in Art and Design, an HND in Design Typography and a BA (Hons) in Graphic Design.

He first started doing graffiti drawings as a teenager and has since developed a tremendus liking for that style of art, which has become even more popular during the time he has been developing his skill and in the last 7 years we have seen an explosion of Graffiti Art in both the media and art world.

Jonathan has a portfolio full of graffiti designs, ranging from rough sketches, to some finished hand drawings and finally right through to the finished artwork using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

He also creates hand-rendered drawings in marker pen and coloured pencil and he has a great interest in photographing urban landscapes and street art from around the country.

He has recently had a number of his photographic images published in the last 3 quarterly editions of a bookmag called "My Name Is" and at the moment he is experimenting with different media and subjects in order to keep his work as diverse as possible.

Every graffiti artist has a psuedonym that he or she uses to sign their work e.g. Seen, Goldie, Banksy, Temper, 3D. The main name Jonathan goes under is NEW. Although he often uses other words and names too in his work.
