Preparation:
An Image Upload facility now exists for those members who know how to resize images and are confident enough to use it.
First you will need to size your image to exactly 600px high or 500px wide (whichever is the greater) and save it to a folder that you can navigate to later. It may be helpful to name your images in some way that is unique to you, i.e. fenton_trees.jpg, to avoid the upload facility from having to rename them later, as duplicated names are not allowed in the images folder to avoid conflict. Do not confuse the image name with the image title, which clearly can be anything you want...there can be 20 image titles on the website all called 'Roses', but each image itself MUST have a totally unique .jpg name.
Uploading an Image
In the members area you will see the Image Upload link, click on this link and then just enter the details accordingly, you will need to click the 'browse' button to navigate your way to the folder on your PC/Mac where you have saved your image. This MUST be less than 600 pixels wide/high, or it wont upload. Please always check your Gallery afterwards to check for any mistakes.
Any corrections can be made using the Image Update link in the Members Area afterwards and if you have uploaded the wrong image altogether, you can just delete it and start again.
Remember this is a live facility, so any changes will be immediately reflected on the website and the last image you upload, will always appear in the No 1 position..
