Before proceeding with your online registration, please make sure of the following:

1. You have all your personal contact details to hand
   
   
2. You have your image(s) saved in .jpg format;
   cropped to a minimum of 1000 pixels wide;
   no more than 5mb in size;
   image names should be short and with no spaces inbetween, i.e: no-spaces.jpg
   
   
3. You have one of the cards listed below for payment: £10 for 1 image; £15 for 2
   
   
4. You have read and agree to abide by the neo:artprize Terms & Conditions
   

Registration:
Registration is a 3-stage process, all completed in one go:

1.  Registering your details
2.  Payment of the appropriate fee
3.  Uploading your image(s)

Images will be uploaded on your return from PayPal, so it's recommended that you have your image(s) already cropped to the correct size; in the correct format; and saved on your PC, before beginning the process.

If you have any questions about this process (that are not covered in the T&C's), or if you have any problems whatsoever uploading your images, then please contact neo:artprize.

Please note:
In accordance with EU distance selling regulations, the registration fee covers the cost of administering your application, therefore all fees are non-refundable. Please consider this before applying.

Payment details:
For your added security, all fees are processed via Paypal.

I accept that neo:artists are not liable in any way for any loss or damage to my work

I am strongly advised to take out commercial insurance to cover my work in transit (both-ways); at the depots; throughout the judging process; and for the exhibition itself

If selected, I agree to the reproduction of my work (at no fee) in connection with the exhibition (this includes all publicity and may include an exhibition catalogue and postcards)
