Before proceeding with your online registration, please make sure of the following:

  • You have all your personal contact details to hand

  • You have your images saved in .jpg format;
    cropped to between 1000 and 2000 pixels wide;
    and no more than 5mb in size;
    The file name MUST be in the following format: surname-title.jpg
    If the title is very long please abbreviate it. The file name should NOT contain any
    SPECIAL CHARACTERS; capital letters; spaces; symbols or numbers!

  • You have one of the cards listed below for payment: £15 for a maximum 2 images

  • You have read and agree to abide by the neo:artprize2015 Terms & Conditions

  • credit card logos

    Registration is a 3-stage process:

    1.  Registering your details
    2.  Payment of the appropriate fee
    3.  Uploading your images

    Images will be uploaded on your return from PayPal, so it's recommended that you have your images already cropped to the correct size; in the correct format; and saved on your PC, before beginning the process.

    Please note:

    In accordance with EU distance selling regulations, the registration fee covers the cost of administering your application, therefore all fees are non-refundable. Please consider this before applying.
